河南省新农村学校体育发展现状及模式构建

摘　　要：通过问卷调查以及访谈等方法对河南省17个地市的800余所农村普通初中和小学进行了调研。结果显示,随着科学发展观、和谐社会建设、新型农村社区建设等政策的落实,农村学校体育有了进一步的发展,但其在学校的附属地位并未因此得到根本改变。以落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》,实现缩小城乡、区域教育发展差距,实现教育公平为终极目标,构建河南新农村学校体育合作发展教学模式,为河南新农村学校体育发展提供重要的理论支撑。By using the method of documentary, questionnaire and interviewing, this paper surveys sports development of 800 rural ordinary middle and primary schools, in 17 cities of Henan province. Results showed that rural physical education has developed a step further along with the science development view, harmonious society and new rural construction policies proposed and implemented step by step. However, the rural school sports＇ long- term marginalized situation has not fundamentally changed. To implement The National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Plan for 2010-2020, realize narrow.the gap between rural and urban areas, regional education development gap, realize education fair for ultimate goals, this paper constructs sports cooperation development teaching mode to provide important theoretical support in sports development in the new rural areas in Henan province.
