摘 要:目的了解甘肃省县(区)级医疗机构2005-2010年卫生技术人员流动状况,分析其变动趋势。方法通过分层整群抽样的方法,以县(区)级医院新进与离职卫生技术人员为研究对象,结合既往调查资料,描述其流动状况及趋势。结果一、二类地区新进卫生技术人员呈上升趋势,三类地区离职呈上升趋势;一、二类地区新进人员以中高学历为主,三类地区以中低学历为主;一类地区离职以高职为主,二、三类地区以中职和初职为主;各类地区调离以中职和初职为主。结论甘肃省一、二类地区医疗机构卫生技术人员流动状况较优于三类地区,但发展仍然落后,应采取有效措施,改善人才流动状况。Objective To understand the condition and trend of the flow of medical personnel in county hospitals in Gansu from 2005 to 2010. Methods We described the medical manpower addition and losing condition in stratified cluster sampling areas by surveying the new comers and the demission medical personnel. Results The new staff of hospitals in the first and the second class areas increased, and the departing staff in the third class area increased; Most of the new staff were middle or high- educated in the first and the second class areas compared to those who were low-educated in the third class area. Most of the departing staff in the first class area were in senior position compared to those who were in intermediate or junior position in the second and the third class areas. Most of the staff resigning to other hospitals were in intermediate or junior position.Conclusion The condition and trend of the flow of medical personnel in the hospitals of the first and the second class areas in Gansu were better than in the third class area, but development was still backwards. Effective measures should be taken to improve them.
