摘 要:目的探索和总结以团队为基础学习(team-basedlearning,TBL)在外科学教学中的应用。方法通过在外科学教学中应用TBL的理念和方法,观察其在具体教学实践中的实施情况,收集学生反馈信息,分析教学效果。结果TBL明显提高了学生的团队协作能力,激发学生的学习积极性,提高学生的学习效率和学习成绩。结论TBL教学方法是适合外科学教学的有效方法。Objective To investigate the application of the team-based learning (TBL)model in surgical teaching. Methods TBL concepts and models were applied to surgical teaching, while the imple- menting situation of the models, responses of the students, learning effects were all observed and analyzed. Results The ability of team cooperation, the learning efficiency and achievement of the students were greatly improved, and the study motivation was also aroused under TBL model. Conclusions TBL is an effective teaching model in surgical teaching.
