手术预案汇报制度在临床教学和医疗安全中的作用

摘　　要：为了提高年轻医师和医学生的诊疗水平，避免诊疗过程中的差错，湖北医药学院附属太和医院骨科探讨、实施了手术前由管床医师做好手术预案并进行科室汇报、讨论的制度（称为手术预案汇报制度）。预案以幻灯片的形式展示，通过管床医师对患者病史、体格检查及辅助检查的汇报，提出疾病诊断、诊断依据及鉴别诊断，并根据所查阅的相关资料，提出选择的恰当手术方式和最佳内固定物，了解切VI入路、手术要点、术中特殊情况的应对及手术后处理等内容。实践表明，手术预案汇报不仅是重要的临床教学方法，而且是保证手术质量和患者安全的重要措施。In order to improve the medical level of young doctors and medical students and avoid the errors in the process of diagnosis and treatment, the preoperative by junior doctor for patients to complete the operation plans and sections. Plans to slide in the form of display, based on history, physical examination and auxiliary examination report, put forward on the basis of parallel diagnosis and differential diagnosis, through access to relevant data, choose the proper operation and optimal internal fixation, understand the incision, operation essentials, the response in the operative special circumstances and post- operative treatment. Operation plan report system for young doctors not only becomes an important teaching method, but also it is the guarantee of patient operation quality and security. Recommendation for hospital to fully implement the operation plan system is to promote teaching and ensure medical security.
