摘　　要：本文就医学检验技术专业实验教学硬件条件的改善、教师素质的提升、实验中心的组建、管理制度的完善、教学内容的优化、适宜教材的编选、实验室的开放等方面进行了探讨，对提高学生的操作能力有所裨益。The improvement of medical laboratory technology experimental teaching hardware conditions, the enhancement of the quality of experimental teachers, the establishment of the experimental center, the improvement of the management system, the optimization of experimental teaching content, the writing and selection of suitable teaching materials, and the opening of laboratory were discussed. It is helpful to improve the students＇ operational skills.
