摘  要:目的探索适合当前医学机能实验教学的新模式。方法广州医学院依托学科优势,整合传统实验技术和现代生命科学新技术,探索医学机能实验教学体系和内容的改革,合理开发应用机能实验中心和临床技能实验中心的优质实验教学资源,将机能实验与临床实验进行结合。结果经过十余年的探索与改革,完善了学科融合,充实了医学机能实验教学体系和内容,拓展实验教学空间,提高实验教师教学水平,架起了基础通向临床的桥梁,激发了学生的学习兴趣。结论改革后的医学机能实验教学模式对提高医学生的实验技能、综合素质及创新能力具有积极作用,为高校实验室建设提供可参考的实例。Objective To explore the new model for the teaching of medical functional. Methods Relying on the subject advantage, Guangzhou Medicine college integrates the traditional experimental techniques and new technologies of modern life sciences to explore the reform of the teaching system and the content of medical functional experiments which can reasonably develop and application the high-quality ex- perimental teaching resources of its functional experiment laboratory and clinical skills experimental laboratory, making an early integration of functional experiment and clinical experiment. Results After more than ten years of exploration and reform, it improves the integration of disciplines and enrich the teaching system and content of medical functional experiments, expand the experimental teaching space, increase the level of teaching experience of teachers, and set up a bridge from the basis research to clinical research to stimulate the students' interest to learn. Conclusions The teaching mode after the reform of medical functional experiments has a positive effect for improving medical students' experimental skills, quality and innovation capabilities. And it can provide an available reference for the construction of university laboratories.
