强化医学研究生归属感探析

摘　　要：本文结合第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院研究生教育工作实际，从研究生学习动机的多元化、研究生培养质量的提高以及医院长期发展几个方面提出了强化研究生归属感培养的必要性，并探讨了医院内强化研究生归属感培养的具体措施，包括对医院的认同、科学制定研究生的成长计划、帮助研究生解决困难、促进师生之间的交流等。经过几年的实践，取得了较好的效果。On basis of postgraduate education practice in Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital Second Military Medical University, we put forward the necessity of sense of belonging cultivation for post- graduate from the view of the training quality improvement, multiple motivation of study and hospital long- term development. At the same time we discussed the practice methods, including the consent of hospital, making a scientific training program, solving the difficulties of the students and promoting the interchange between the teachers and students. The good effect has been got in several years.
