论大学《体育与健康》课程增设安全教育内容的必要性和可行性——从风险管理的角度入手

摘　　要：以浙江省为例,借鉴风险管理理论,采用问卷调查、访谈和统计分析的方法对高校体育活动风险发生的可能性、严重性和可控性进行评估,对评估的结果分别采用列表排序法和帕累托法进行分析,区分主要风险并探究其形成的原因,在此基础上提出:风险防范的最好措施是加强安全教育,安全教育最理想的整合途径是体育教学,能够为整合提供最佳实践操作条件的体育教学阶段是大学体育教育,据此,文章从风险管理的角度论述了大学《体育与健康》课程增设安全教育内容的必要性和可行性。Zhejiang Province,for example,drawing on the theory of risk management,assessed the likelihood,the severity and controllability of risks in college sports activities with the use of questionnaire,interviews and statistical analysis.Then the paper analyzed the results respectively with List Sorting Method and Pareto Method to distinguish out the main risk and explore the reasons of its formation,on which basis it put forward that the best risk prevention measure is to strengthen safety education,the best integrating approach of which is the P.E.（physical education）,while the best period of which to provide the integration process with the best practical operating conditions is college P.E..And accordingly,the article discussed the necessity and feasibility of adding safety education the course ＇P.E. Health＇ from the point of risk management.
