摘　　要：研究了非定常的Oseen问题的局部投影半离散有限元方法,证明该格式只需在投影空间和近似空间满足局部弱的inf-sup条件的情况下解的存在唯一性,给出了速度和压力的误差估计.In this paper,we study the semi-discrete local projection finite element method for non-stationary Oseen problem and prove that this formulation only needs the condition that the projection space and approximation space meet the local weakly inf-sup conditions,and in this case the existence and uniqueness of the solution are proved.The error estimates and stability of the method can be provided by orthogonality interpolation.
