摘  要:目的了解营养宣教对产妇营养知识、饮食行为的影响,为全面展开营养知识普及提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方式选取我院住院的产妇528例,分成两组,试验组产后3~5d第一次问卷;对产妇进行系列营养知识宣教及指导产后42d第二次问卷,对照组不进行营养宣教,产后42d第一次问卷;然后分析两组营养知识掌握情况及试验组宣教前后营养知识情况。结果两组产妇营养知识水平、不同年龄不同文化程度产妇营养知识知晓情况均有差异。结论医院营养宣教对产褥期妇女是非常有效的,应继续开展针对产妇个性化营养宣教和干预,同时提高临床医务人员的营养知识水平,从而达到全面提高产妇的健康素质。Objective To understand the effect of the nutrition education to average knowledge,attitude and behavior in puerperal period,and to provide basis of popularizing nutrition knowledge.Methods Randomly sampled 528 puerperae in our hospital,and divided them into two groups.Test-group was firstly given questionnaire about nutrition knowledge 3-5 days after childbirth;after systemic education and guidance of nutrition knowledge,secondly gave questionnaire 42 days after childbirth.Control-group was firstly given questionnaire 42 days after childbirth without any education of nutrition knowledge.Analysis differences between two groups and differences among test-group before and after education.Conclusions It is quite effective to practice education of nutrition knowledge among puerperal women in hospital,so it is important to keep promoting personalized education of nutrition knowledge and intervention direct at puerperal women,while at the mean time,improve the nutrition knowledge level of clinical medical staff,thus overall enhancing physical constitution of puerperal women.
