适应高职创新人才培养的教学模式研究

摘　　要：在充分研究国内外高职院校专业教学模式的基础上,分析了在建设创新型国家的背景下,将"校企深度合作"的理念渗透到高职教育中,并结合学院的具体情况,提出了与企业合作的内容与方式。该模式强调企业与高校之间的全程合作,在创新人才的培养上有借鉴意义。Based on the complete analysis of higher vocational education＇s major teaching mode at home and abroad, how to infiltrate the concept of profound cooperation between school and enterprise into the higher vocational education under the situation of building a new innovative country is studied in this paper. Combining with the specific situations of the institute, the content and method of cooperation with enterprises is proposed. The mode emphasizes on the whole process cooperation between school and enterprise, and is a good reference in the training of the innovative talent.
