家族影响、创新与企业绩效——基于广东省家族企业的实证研究

摘　　要：以家族企业中的家族影响为研究视角,通过对广东省127家家族企业进行实证检验,探讨了家族成员的社会资本、家族成员管理参与度和家族成员间和谐度这三个家族影响维度对家族企业绩效和创新的影响。研究结果显示,此三个家族影响维度与家族企业绩效存在正相关,创新在两者之间的关系中起着正向的调节作用。From the perspective of family firms＇ family influence, and through empirical examination on 127 Guangdong＇ s family firms, this paper discussed the effects of three family influence dimensions of family members＇ social capital, family mem- bers＇ management participation, and harmony among family members on family firms performance and innovation. The re- suits indicate that the three family influence dimensions are positively related to family firm performance, and innovation plays positive adjusting role in the relationship between family influence and firms performance. Based on family influences that are family members social capital, family management.
