医院落实《护士条例》情况的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解现阶段医院《护士条例》的落实情况,为医院加强护理管理工作、进一步保障护士权益提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查方法对全国59所医院8000名临床一线护士进行调查。结果:受访护士中,72.8%的护士感受到医院对护士合法权益给予了应有的重视;79.3%的护士维权意识有所增强;85.2%的护士认为卫生防护的权利得到了落实;60.2%的护士认为护士的人格得到了尊重;42.1%的护士认为医院做到了同工同酬。同时,有89.6%的受访护士认为劳动强度高。结论:提示医院管理者及护理管理者应进一步落实国家《护士条例》,从各方面为护理人员创造条件,保障护士权益,提高护士满意度,稳定护士队伍。Objective： To understand the implementation status quo of Nurses Ordinance in hospital, To strengthen nursing management and to give reference on further secure nurse＇s rights. Methods： 8000 of clinical front-line nurses in 59 hospitals across the country Carried out a questionnaire survey. Results： 72.8% of the investigated nurses feel hospital has been given full attention to the legitimate rights. 79.3% of nurses awareness of rights has been enhanced. 85.2% of nurses believe that health protection rights have been implemented. 60.2 % of the nurses that the nurse＇s personality is respected. 42.1% of the nurses that the hospital did equal pay for equal work. 89,6% of the respondents nurses helieve that the high labor intensity. Conclusion： The results suggest that hospital administrators and nursing managers should further implement the state Nurse Ordinance to protect nurses＇ rights and interests, improve nurse satisfaction and maintain nurse team.
