摘 要:从生师比、年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构和"双师"结构等维度,分析100所不同区域国家骨干高职院校师资队伍现状发现,高职院校师资队伍数量不足、学历层次偏低、高职称人数偏少已不是当前师资队伍建设面临的突出问题,提升教育教学能力、双师素质的内在本质和优化师资队伍结构是今后一段时期高职院校师资队伍内涵建设的重要任务。From the angle of student-faculty ratio, age structure, educational background structure, professional title structure and "dual-qualification" teaching staff structure, the teaching staff of 100 national key higher vocational colleges in different regions was analyzed, and the results showed that the previous barriers for teaching staff construction such as in- sufficient quantity, low educational level, shortage of higher professional-title teachers are not serious any more. Looking ahead, to improve the teaching abilities, enhance understandings to the inherent nature of dual-qualification teachers and optimize the faeuhv structure are the most important tasks for connotation construction of taaehin~ ~taff in f.t.rp.
