摘　　要：在动态变化的市场环境中,动态能力被认为是企业可持续成长的能力基础。但是,动态能力对企业可持续成长作用机理还在探讨之中。本文针对蔡树堂(2011)构建的动态能力作用于企业可持续成长的机理模型,基于来自国内企业的194份有效问卷,运用SPSS13.0和A-MOS18.0统计分析软件对此进行实证研究。结果显示,动态能力对企业可持续成长有显著的正向作用,并通过企业动态环境适应性中介作用于企业可持续成长。这一研究结论对于揭示企业可持续成长机理具有一定的理论和实践意义。Nowadays, the tidal wave of economic globalization and the rapid development of informationtechnology enforce firm＇ s operational environment to be become more and more dynamic and uncertain. Under the conditions any firm will have not realized sustained growth based on a certain technology or product superiority. A firm that changes in time its technology, products or capabilities to address external change environment dependent on the dynamic change of its market environment could have achieved sustainable growth. Modern enterprises to achieve sustainable growth in dynamic environment is more difficult than to enhance management efficiency. The mechanism of In the dynamic market environment, dynamic capabilities are thought to be the supporting ability of the enter- prise sustainable growth. However, the mechanism of dynamic capabilities acting on the enterprise sustainable growth is still in the discussion. For the mechanism model of Cai Shu-tang （2011） constructing the dynamic capabilities to act on the enterprise sustainable growth, based on the 194 valid questionnaires fromdomestic enterprises, empirically research it using SPSS13.0 and AMOS18.0 statistical analysis software. The results of the empirical research show that ： （ 1 ） enterprise＇ s dynamic capabilities are composed of the sensing capability of dynamic changes of environment, the learning capabilities of knowledge, technology, andexperience, the integration ability of the external or internal resources, the Reconfiguration and transformation capabilities. These four abilities are the specific connotation and components of enterprise dynamic capabilitiesfrom the perspective of the enterprise sustainable growth. （2） enterprise＇ s dynamic capabilities promote enterprise＇s ability （standard ability）, products to coordinately evolve with the dynamic change of external market, and then promote enterprise to grow sustainably. （3） the more the enterprise standard ability, products evolve coordinately with the dynamic chang
