高校实施学分制若干问题探讨及建议

摘　　要：学分制在我国实行改革开放政策后经历了三十多年的发展和实践,在取得显著成绩的同时,在高校实行中也存在以下问题,即教学观念转变不彻底、教学管理没及时跟进、教学资源长期不足、配套政策缺失。新时期如何深入推进和完善学分制改革,建议从实施分类建设、创本国特色学分制、建相关配套政策、加快建立"学分互换"四方面进行完善。The credit system has been carried out for more than 30 years and made remarkable achievements since the policy of reform and opening to the outside world implemented in China,but it also has some problems,such as： halfway renewal of teaching thoughts,backward in teaching management,long-term lack of teaching and learning resources,lack of relevant supporting policies.How can we promote and perfect the credit system reform？We can do from the following four aspects： carrying out classical construction according to different colleges,building local characteristics credit systems and supporting polices,and implementing credits identified system between colleges.
