摘　　要：教学质量是高校生存与发展的生命线,高等医学教育担负着培养各级各类合格医务工作者的任务,"健康所系,性命相托",其人才培养质量关乎千家万户的幸福安康。本文运用文献综合分析法,结合湖北医药学院教学质量监控工作实际,就加强教学质量监控工作的重要性和必要性、国内高校在实施教学质质量监控过程中的困境、教学质量监控工作的探索和尝试三个方面,探讨提高人才培养质量的方法和途径,为其他高等医学院校开展教学质量监控工作提供参考。Teaching quality is essential for the survival and development of universities. Senior medical education bears the duty of developing different kinds of qualified health workers. The quality of medical education will influence and determine the health and happiness of thousands of families. In this paper, the method of comprehensive literature analysis was used to discuss the approach for improving the quality of training competent personnel. As a result, to provide reference of education quality monitor, as well as its methods and approaches.
