浅谈学生的气质差异及其对学校教育的启示

摘　　要：气质是个体内在的一种相对稳定的心理特征，也是个体差异中的一个不可忽视的因素。承认气质的差异，在学校教育或教学上，准确把握不同气质类型的特征，做到有的放矢、因材施教，教育者要树立正确的气质观，引导和指导学生发展他们气质中的积极因素，培养自身的个性品质。Temperament is inherent in the individual psychological characteristics of a relatively stable, is also a factor that cannot be ignored in individual differences. Recognize the differences of temperament, in school education or teaching, accurately grasp the characteristics of different temperament types, achieve the targeted, individualized, education to foster a correct concept of temperament, positive elements in the Guide and guide students to develop their temperament, personalities of culture itself.
