种植义齿在口腔修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析总结应用种植义齿修复牙缺失的方法，评价其临床效果。方法对2009—2011年我院85例种植艾齿行口腔修复患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后随访1-3年，种植治愈74例，种植失败9例，2例未完成永久冠的修复，随后自行拔除了种植体．治愈率87.06％．结论种植义齿用于修复缺失牙技术成熟、效果满意。为提高种植治愈率，应严格选择适应证，制定周密严谨的手术实施计划，规范手术操作步骤，合理应用骨量技术。Objective To analyze and summarize the application of implant supported denture tooth loss method, evaluation of its clinical effect. Methods from 2009 to 2011 in our hospital 85 cases of implant denture in patients with oral cavity repair were retrospectively reviewed the clinical data analysis. Results postoperative follow-up of 1 - 3years, planting cured 74 cases, implant failure in 9 cases,2 patients did not complete the permanent crown, subsequent to removal of the implant, the cure rate was 87.06%. Conclusion the implant denture for restoration of missing teeth of mature technology, effect satisfaction. In order to improve the cure rate of planting, proper selection of indications, make careful and strict On the operation plan, the standard operation procedure, reasonable application of bone mass technology.
