摘　　要：大学文化的功能是文化的传承与创新和服务社会,中国特色社会主义大学文化是中国先进文化的组成部分。分析研究大学文化的特征,针对其存在的问题,进一步加强中国大学文化建设,实现课堂文化、校园文化和社会实践文化的统一,提升管理者管理境界,为建设社会主义文化强国提供智力支持和精神动力。The function of the university culture is the cultural inheritance and innovation, and social services, the university culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a part of advanced culture of China. Analysis on the characteristics of university culture, in the light of its existing problems, to further strengthen the cultural construction of University in China, realization of classroom culture, campus culture and social practice cultural unity, improve management level, provide intellectual support and spiritual motive power for the construction of socialist culture.
