摘　　要：在持续推进中国特色社会主义事业,实现中华民族的伟大复兴的道路上,人才培养起着非常重要的作用。本文介绍了中国古代各个时期的人才思想,并分析了马克思主义人才观的产生、内容和特征,在此基础上论述了马克思主义人才观中国化的过程及其对马克思主义人才观的丰富和发展。Personnel training plays a very important role in continuing to promote the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on the road. This paper introduces the talents of each period of the ancient Chinese ideas and Marxism talent to produce content and features, on this basis of discussing the Marxism talent process and enrich and develop Marxism talent concept.
