摘　　要：由于知识结构不够完善、应用知识能力不强、创业方向不明确、创业心理不够成熟等原因,造成在校大学生虽具有一定创业意识,但创业能力不强。在校大学生应在具有创业计划的前提下,积极获取有利条件进行有意识、有意义的创业。同时通过对大学生创业模式进行探讨,为大学生创业提供借鉴。Because of the imperfect knowledge structure, the weak entrepreneurial ability, the uncertain entrepreneurial orientation, the immature entrepreneurial mentality, the ability of the university students at school is not very good though they have certain entrepreneurial awareness. The university students at school should get the advantage conditions to carry out the entrepreneurship with the entrepreneurial plan. At the same time we discuss the mode of the entrepreneurship to provide reference for university students＇ enterprising.
