高校学生党支部设置形式、支部书记队伍建设的调查研究

摘　　要：本文通过调研结合座谈访谈的形式,分析了近年来高校基层党建工作在支部设置形式以及支部书记队伍建设上存在的问题,并对目前存在的高校党支部主要设置形式进行了利弊分析,探讨了支部书记的选拔与培养方式,提出完善高校党支部设置新形式以及健全支部书记队伍建设的相关措施。This study analyzed the problems of the set up of student Party branchesand team construction of Party branch secretary in recent years by the use of investigation combined with interviews, and discussed the main form of the set up of student Party branches in college as well. In addition, selection and training mode of Party branch secretary were also studied, and the relevant measures to improve the new pattern of set up of student Party branches and perfect the team building of Party branch secretary in college were put forward.
