摘　　要："以人为本"和"严格管理"的有机融合是推进高职院校学生工作的有效模式,面对高职生源质量出现下滑,管理难度大的问题,作为一名工作在管理一线的辅导员,坚持在工作中的以人为本、从严管理的模式,并根据培养目标不断创新管理措施,进一步明确了高职学生严格管理的意义及实现的管理目标,以期对管理工作有所帮助。The organic integration of the ＂people-oriented＂ and ＂strict management＂ is an effective model to promote the work of students in vocational colleges, in the face of higher vocational students＇ quality decline, difficult management problem as a work in the management of first-line counselor, adherework in people-oriented, strict management mode, and cultivate innovative management measures target, to further clarify the significance of the stringent management of the vocational students and to achieve management objectives, in order to help management.
