学校体育非正式课程的反思与教学对策

摘　　要：通过对体育课程程序及仪式的观察,从非正式课程的视角,分析当下学校体育教学过程中存在的意识形态方面的问题。认为:在目前学校体育教学中存在着机械的英才教育与技术中心思想。体育课更强调秩序和控制,缺少了对游戏的人的自主性的关注,还存在为优势学生提供更多指导和教学资源的双重制度。受技术中心思想的影响,在健康与体适能的强调中,身心二元论特点明显,体育课在学校更加边缘化。体育教育工作者应该被允许和鼓励采用一种更加人文主义的立场,审视教学目标本身以及完成目标的方式、途径。The paper analyzes ideological problems existing in school physical education through observation into program and ritual of sport courses in the perspective of informal curriculum. It reveal,; that there exist simple elite education and technique--oriented opinion. Order and control are more emphasized than autonomy of people in games in sport courses and more conduction and teaching resources are provided to advanced students. Influenced by technique oriented opinion, mind--body dualism becomes apparent in the emphasis of health and physical fitness. Sport course is in a marginal status. Teachers should be allowed and encouraged to be more people--o- riented and review their teaching goal and approach to the goals.
