摘　　要：考勤管理系统是用可视化设计工具Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ３．０，采用面向对象的程序设计方法（００Ｐ）开发的运行于中文Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５环境下的应用软件。介绍了面向对象的程序设计方法的基本概念，详细阐述了考勤管理系统模块功能及其实现方法，描述了可视化程序设计的基本思路以及数据库开发技术。Personnel administration system is deploided by using the visible design tools Delphi 3.0 and the object oriented programming and is operated under the Chinese Windows 95 Combined with the practical needs. This paper introduces the basic concepts of the 00P and elaborates the model functions and the operation methods of the 00P. Combined with the real functions, it describes the basic thoughts of the visual programming, the data bank developing technique.
