摘　　要：高校工会是学校党委联系广大职工群众的桥梁和纽带,是广大教职工合法权益的代表者和维护者。在建设和谐校园过程中,要充分发挥其维护职工权益、信息沟通、凝聚人心和工作协调等作用。The Union of college is just like a bridge to link the Party with the teachers, on behalf of the legitimate rights and inter- ests of the majority of faculty. In the process of building a harmonious campus, it is necessary to give full play to the role of the Union to safeguard teachers＇ interests, convey information, communicate and unite the people, and work in coordination.
