摘　　要：以"人的发展为中心"的以人为本的观念体系、"教、学、做统一"的系统实施、"一条主线、两个延伸、三大平台"的育人环境,是育人新模式的三大基本内容。在育人新模式理念指导下,围绕认识与实践的统一、继承与创新的统一、实现品德与才能的统一、实现环境与自我的统一、潜能与发展的统一,实现人的综合素质提高和全面发展,推动课程教学和人才培养改革实践,在传统教育向现代教育的转变中,追求教育的新境界。The three major basic contents of the new cultivation mode are the human-based concept system with the centre of human development, the systematic implementation of unifying teaching, learning and doing together, and the cuhivation environment of one mainline, two extensions and three major platforms. Under the guidance of the new cuhivation mode concept, around the unification of cognition and practice, inheritance and innovation to realize the unification of morality and talent, environment and ego, potential and development, we shall achieve the improvement of human comprehensive quality and the overall development, to push forward curriculum teaching and the talent cultivation retorm practice, and to pursue the new frontier of education in the transformation from traditional education modern education.
