摘  要:高素质、专业化的师资队伍是实现高职院校内涵式发展的必要条件,高职教师专业化发展既要立足于教师的基本素质,还要强调其"职业"和"实践"的特色,应从政府、学校、教师各方着手建立长效发展机制,实现"政企校师"多方联动。High-quality and professional ranks of teachers are an indispensable requirement to achieve intensive development of higher vocational colleges. Teachers' professionalism in higher vocational colleges must not only be based on teachers' foundamental qualities, but also emphasize the characteristics of vocationalism and practicalness. Joint efforts should be made to establish permanent mechanism in all respects, uniting government, higher vocational college and techers together.
