摘 要:数值逼近是信息与计算科学专业的专业主干课程,对培养高素质的科学计算人才起着举足轻重的作用。由于涉及大量应用范围相当广泛的计算方法,很多学生认为这门课程很难并缺乏学习兴趣。通过分析该课程的特点和当前教学中存在的主要问题,研究探讨该课程的教学改革。在教学过程中应建立数值求解思想、推行启发式和探究式教学、加强数值实验、适量引入现代教育技术,以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高该课程的教学质量和学生应用数学知识求解实际问题的能力。Numerical Approximation is one of basic compulsory courses for the specialty of information and computing science, which plays a key role in the cultivation of students" ability in scientific computing. Since a broad class of widely used computational algorithms is involved, this course is vital hut simultaneously difficult to be understood. Based on the characteristics of this course and the analysis of the present teaching situation, the paper discusses the teaching re- form of this course. To intrigue the interest of students and then, to improve the teaching quality and students ability in solving practical problems with mathematical methods, the teaching emphases should be lied on infiltration the approxi- mate thoughts, execution the teaching methods with clicitation and exploration, enhancement the numerical experiments and utilization some modern education techniques.
