摘　　要：阐述基于工作过程的有机产品检验技术课程方案开发思路和步骤,重点阐述学习情境的设计、课程体系的构建及考核方式的改革。在教学过程中以有机产品检验项目为载体,使学生在完成检验任务的同时,既提高实践技能,又掌握必备的理论知识,培养学生综合职业能力。还进一步探讨基于工作过程的课程教学实施的相关问题。Organic products inspection technology based on working process was discussed on curriculum plan ideas and steps. The design of the learning environment, curriculum system construction and reform the evaluation was focused on. When students complete inspection work and inspection items was carrier, practical skills was increased, and the essential theory knowledge, comprehensive vocational ability were both mastered. Related problems of teaching implementation based on working process was further discussed.
