摘　　要：[目的]制定护士决策分级护理的相关管理制度。[方法]应用Delphi法向省内34名医疗、护理专家进行护士决策分级护理相关管理制度的2轮专家咨询。[结果]经过2轮咨询,专家意见趋于一致,制定的护士决策分级护理相关管理制度共有5个一级条目:组织管理制度、值班交接班的管理、查房制度、评估与督查制度、培训学习制度,下分13个子条目。[结论]制定护士决策分级护理的相关管理制度,可为护士决策分级护理工作提供操作标准,为其在临床的规范化实施提供理论依据,使分级护理处于最佳运行状态,提高护理质量。Objective： To make the related management systems of nurse decision- making grading nursing. Methods.. Delphi method was used to carry out the two expert advice for the province＇s 34 health care professionals about the related management systems of nurse decision - making grading nursing. Results： After two were consistent, the nurse decision- consultations, the experts＂ opinions making grading nursing related management system had a total of five A entries including the organization and management system, management of duty and shift, rounds system, assessment and supervision system, training and learning system, which were divided into 13 sub - entries. Conclusion. The development of related management systems of nurse decision - making grading nursing can provide the operating standards for decision - making grading nursing, and provide a theoretical evidence for clinical standardized implementation of it, make grading care running at its best, improve the nursing quality.
