互动性培训模式在新加坡护理全额奖学金面试培训中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨互动性培训模式在"新加坡护理全额奖学金"面试培训中的应用。[方法]分析"新加坡护理全额奖学金"面试方式及往届考生存在的问题;针对性采取互动性培训模式,包括英文听力、阅读说话、看图说话与随机问题4个方面,并让学生以2人或3人为单位组成口语搭档,通过"听、说、练"等方式进行实景教学。[结果]此次培训给考生带来了自信,并取得了可喜的选拔成绩。[结论]针对"新加坡护理全额奖学金"面试开展互动性培训模式,可在短期内有效提高考生的英文面试应对能力。Objectives：To probe into the application of interactive training mode in interview and training of Singapore nursing full scholarship. Meth ods：Analysis of theSingapore Nursing full scholarshipinterview methods and the problems of previous candidates were analyzed; targeted interactive training modes were taken, including four aspects of English listening, reading talk,pictures talk and random problems,and allow 2 or 3 students as an unit to compose a speaking partner,the real teaching was carried out by Listen, said, practice＇ways. Results. The training brings self - confidence for the candidates, and has achieved gratifying results of the selection. Conclusion：To carry out interactive training mode aiming at Singapore nursing full scholarshipinterview can improve the English interview coping ability of candidates in short term.
