摘  要:研究两种产自广东的粉孢牛肝菌(Tylopilus)——类铅紫粉孢牛肝菌(T.plumbeoviolaceoides)和花盖粉孢牛肝菌(GDGM27210)的子实体水提液和75%乙醇提取液的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,在实验浓度范围内,两种牛肝菌的子实体水提液和75%乙醇提液有不同程度的抑制亚油酸自氧化和清除自由基DPPH.、羟自由基.OH的作用。其中水提液对抑制亚油酸自氧化作用效果较好,最大抑制率分别可达95.74%和92.79%;而75%乙醇提取液对清除DPPH.效果较好,最大清除率分别可达86.68%和94.03%。Aqueous and 75% ethanolic extracts of fruit bodies of two Tylopilus species endemic in Guangdong Province were evaluated for in vitro antioxidant activity using free-radical scavenging-and lipid peroxidation-based assays.Extracts of Tylopilus plumbeoviolaceoides and Tylopilus sp.GDGM27210 inhibited autoxidation of linoleic acid and exhibited DPPH·and ·OH scavenging activity.Aqueous extracts of T.plumbeoviolaceoides and Tylopilus sp.GDGM27210 inhibited linoleic acid oxidation by approximately 45%-95% and 26%-93%,respectively over the concentration range 0.1-1.0 mg/mL,while the corresponding values for 75% ethanolic extracts were 80%-98% and 41%-88%.Over the same extract concentration range,·OH radical scavenging activity of aqueous extracts of T.plumbeoviolaceoides and Tylopilus sp.GDGM27210 ranged between 12.5%-85% and 8.0%-54% respectively,whereas the corresponding values for 75% ethanolic extracts were 17%-72% and 10%-41%.DPPH· radical scavenging activity of aqueous extracts(0.5-10.0 mg/mL) of T.plumbeoviolaceoides and Tylopilus sp.GDGM27210 ranged between 38%-90% and 55%-97%,respectively.DPPH· radical scavenging activity of 75% aqueous ethanolic extracts(0.1-2.0 mg/mL) of T.plumbeoviolaceoides and Tylopilus sp.GDGM27210 ranged between 21%-87% and 48%-94%,respectively.
