摘 要:氨基磺酸催化下,菜籽油经酯交换和过氧甲酸环氧化两步反应分别合成了脂肪酸甲酯和环氧脂肪酸甲酯。考察环氧化工艺条件对产物环氧值的影响,确定了产物环氧值达到最高4.65%时的反应工艺条件:m(脂肪酸甲酯)∶m(30%H2O2)∶m(88%甲酸)∶m(氨基磺酸)=1∶0.45∶0.15∶0.01,反应温度65℃,反应时间8 h。在最佳工艺条件下,所得产物酸值(KOH)为1.6 mg/g,碘值(I)为3.8 g/100 g;产物以环氧油酸甲酯和环氧亚油酸甲酯为主,含量达到58.0%。Rapeseed oil was transformed to fatty acid methyl ester(FAME) by transesterification and then to epoxy fatty acid methyl ester(EFAME) by epoxidation with peroxy formic acid catalyzed by amino sul- fonic acid. The influencing factors in epoxidation reaction were studied. The optimum reaction conditions with the epoxy value 4.65% of the final products were determined :m (fatty acid methyl ester): m (30% hydrogen peroxide) : rn(88% formic acid) : m( amino sulfonic acid) = 1: 0.45: 0.15: 0.01, reaction tem- perature 65 ℃ ,reaction time 8 h. Under the optimum conditions, the acid value and iodine value of the product were 1.6 mg KOH/g and 3.8 gI/100 g respectively, and the epoxy methyl oleate and epoxy meth- yl linoleate of the product were up to 58.0%.
