摘  要:目的探讨人格特征、心理健康与员工满意度的关系。方法采用艾森克人格(成人)问卷、症状自评量表、员工满意度综合调查问卷对2700名油田企业青年员工进行抽样测试研究。结果不同性别的企业员工在内外倾和情绪性、精神质等人格特点上均存在显著差异(t=2.90,-2.75,-6.07;P<0.001);人格特征、心理健康水平与员工满意度三者之间有密切关系,且相关系数达到显著性水平(P<0.05);人格特征、心理健康的个别因子能联合预测员工满意度的18.7%的变异量。结论企业员工的人格特征受性别因素的影响;人格特征、心理健康水平与员工满意度三者之间存在显著的相关关系;人格特征、心理健康的个别因子对员工满意度有一定的预测作用。Objective To discuss the relationship among personality characteristics,mental health and employee satisfaction.Methods A total of 2700 young staff in state-owned enterprises were tested with questionnaires:EPQ(adult),SCL-90 and employee satisfaction survey.Results There were significant gender differences in personality characteristics such as introversion and extraversion,emotionality and neuroticism(t=2.90,-2.75,-6.07;P〈0.001).Personality characteristics and mental health were correlated significantly to employee satisfaction(P〈0.05);Several factors of personality characteristics and mental health could predict the amount of variability of employee satisfaction by 18.7%.Conclusion Gender has an effect on the staff’s personality characteristic;personality characteristics and mental health are correlated significantly to employee satisfaction,and they have certain predictive effects on employee satisfaction.
