摘 要:目的修订中国文化背景下具有较高信效度的大学生情绪调节效能感问卷,测量大学生情绪调节效能感的发展特点。方法采用修订的预测问卷和正式问卷分别对275名和1045名大学生进行测查。结果①修订的大学生情绪调节效能感问卷分4个纬度:调节生气/愤怒的效能感、表达快乐的效能感、调节沮丧/气馁的效能感和表达满意的效能感;②大学生情绪调节效能感存在显著的性别差异(t=3.12,P=0.002),不存在显著的年级差异(F=1.075,P=0.342)。结论修订的大学生情绪调节效能感具有良好的心理学测量指标;中国大学生情绪调节效能感的发展呈现出复杂多样的特点。Objective To revise the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale,and examine the individual difference of the regulatory emotional self-efficacy in Chinese university students.Methods A total of 275 and 1045 university students were surveyed.Results ①University students’ Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy Scale was mainly composed of perceived self-efficacy in managing anger/irritation,perceived self-efficacy in expressing joy,perceived self-efficacy in managing despondency/distress,perceived self-efficacy in expressing contentment.②There was significant difference between the males and females in the regulatory emotional self-efficacy of university students(t=3.12,P=0.002),but no significant difference in grade(F=1.075,P=0.342).Conclusion The revised university students’ Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy Scale has good psychometric indicators;the development of Chinese university students’ regulatory emotional self-efficacy is diverse.
