摘　　要：目的调查不同专业军医大学生学习动力现状,分析专业因素对其学习动力的影响。方法通过自制问卷,调查军医大学生学习动力来源、动力缺失的原因并进行分析。结果各专业的学习动力来源比较,长学年制学员来源于兴趣爱好的比例最高(53.7%)。学习动力不足的原因比较,护理学员来源于"对所学专业不感兴趣"的比例(62.7%)最高,长学年制学员学习动力不足来源于"文凭易得没有压力"(21.9%)、"得过且过不想未来"的比例(35.9%)最高。结论专业差异是军医大学生学习动力的影响因素之一,要有针对性地对其进行专业思想教育。Objective To survey study impetus of military medical undergraduates with different specialties.Methods Using self-administered questionnaire to survey all undergraduates of a Military Medical University about their study impetus.Results In the comparison of study impetus’ sources,the percentage of ＂interest＂ in Master-Ph.D program was the highest（53.7%）.In the comparison of causes of lacking,the percentage of ＂no interest＂ in Nursing was the highest（62.7%）,the percentages of ＂without pressure＂（21.9%）and ＂without consideration of future＂（35.9%）in Master-Ph.D program were the highest.Conclusion Study impetus of military medical undergraduates is influenced by the factor of specialty and we should educate them to love their own specialties.
