摘  要:目的调查不同类别军医大学生学习动力情况,重点对无军籍学员和战士学员进行分析并有针对性的提出建议。方法通过自制问卷,调查某军医大学所有在校学员学习动力来源、动力缺失的原因等。结果各类别学员学习动力来源比较,战士学员动力来源于考试压力(53.5%)的比例最高,无军籍学员来源于自身前途(65.0%)的比例最高。学习动力不足的原因比较,战士学员来源于"对所学专业不感兴趣"(55.8%)的比例最高。对于提高学习动力应当采取的措施,无军籍学员认为应当提高教员授课水平(55.6%)的比例最高。结论不同类别军医大学生学习动力特点不同。Objective To survey study impetus of undergraduates with different sorts.Methods Using self-administered questionnaire to survey all undergraduates of a military medical university about their study impetus.Results In the comparison of study impetus’ sources,the percentage of "test pressure" in the fighter undergraduates was the highest(53.5%),and the percentage of "bright future" in those not having been recruited by Army was the highest(65.0%).In the comparison of causes of lacking of study impetus,the percentage of "no interest" in the fighter undergraduates was the highest(55.8%).In opinions of improving measures,the percentages of "improving teaching levels"(55.6%)in those not having been recruited by Army was the highest.Conclusion Study impetus of undergraduates with different sorts is different.
