摘 要:在单因素试验基础上采用响应面分析法优化非洲山毛豆种子凝集素的提取工艺。研究表明:TBS缓冲液为非洲山毛豆种子凝集素的最佳提取溶液;非洲山毛豆种子凝集素提取的优化工艺条件为料液比1:40(g/mL),pH8.0,Nacl浓度0.125mol/L,提取时间16h。Response surface methodology to optimize the process of Tephrosia Vogelii Seeds Lectin Extraction were studied based on the single-factor test.Studied haved shown that: TBS was the best buffer solution used to extracte Tephrosia Vogelii Seeds Lectin; Optimization of process conditions for extracte Tephrosia Vogelii Seeds Lectin were Solid-liquid ratio 1:40(g/mL), pH8.0, Nacl concentration was 0.125 mol/L, extraction time was 16 hours.
