摘　　要：香港政府基于提升家长的选择权并减轻其学费压力,于2007年推出了学前教育"学券计划"。推行至今,彰显了学前教育公平,推动了幼儿师资队伍建设,提升了幼儿教育的质量,但在教师薪酬待遇、工作压力以及幼稚园的生存状况等方面也存在一些问题。通过对这些问题进行分析,可为中国内地学前教育事业的发展提供借鉴和参考。The Hong Kong SAR Government, based on increasing parent＇s option and decreasing their pressure of tuition fee, promotes the ＂Voucher Scheme＂ program in preschool education in 200？. So far, it shows the educational equity, promotes the build- ing of teaching body in preschool education, increases the quality of childhood education. But there still exist many problems in salary and the treatment of teachers, working pres- sure, the plights of kindergarten, etc. This essay can provide some experience and refer- ences for the business of preschool development in China Mainland through the analysis of these problems.
