摘　　要：任何组织的发展与壮大都离不开质量监控,学校作为一种社会组织也需要质量监控,于是,教师评价、评估应运而生。可是,评价的任何方法和准则都是不完善的,对比、借鉴国外发达国家的大学教师评估体系,必将促进我国高校教学质量测评理论与实践的完善和进步。Development and growth of any organization is inseparable from the quality control.The school is also a social organization,which also need s quality control.Thus,teacher evaluation,or assessment emerged.However,any evaluation methods and criteria are imperfect,thereby to compare,contrast,and draw on the university teacher evaluation system in the developed countries will promote the improvement and progress of evaluation theory and practice of teaching quality for Chinese Universities’ Academic Affairs offices.
