摘　　要：G15是分离自广西山口红树林保护区的一株具有较强抗菌活性的放线菌。为了提高其活性物质的产量,以金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌,对其发酵条件进行了研究。单因素实验表明,其最佳的发酵培养基为:可溶性淀粉20g,酵母粉15g,NaCl30g,蒸馏水1000mL;最佳培养条件为:接种量15%、装液量为30%、培养时间为168h,初始pH值为7.5。优化后G15发酵液的活性提高了3倍左右。G15 was isolated from mangrove sediments in ShangKou GuangXi,which showed higher antibacterial activity.Using Staphylococcus aureus as a indicator,the fermentation conditions of G15 were studied to improve the productivity of antibacterial compounds.The optimum fermentation medium were determined by single-factor experiments as follows： soluble starch 20g,yeast powder 15g,NaCl 30g,distilled water 1000ml,and best fermentation conditions containing inoculum size 15%,liquid volume 30%,Fermentation time 168h and the initial value pH value 7.5.Under the optimum mediums and the best fermentation conditions,the yield of antibacterial compounds is 3 fold of the past.
