摘  要:目的探讨班级环境类型对中职生学业行为的影响。方法采用班级环境和学业行为问卷对宝鸡市384名中职生进行调查。结果①中职生班级环境的师生关系、同学关系维度存在显著的性别差异(t=-3.863,-3.209,P<0.01)、秩序纪律维度存在显著的年级差异(t=-2.502,P<0.05)、师生关系、竞争气氛维度存在显著的家庭经济条件差异(t=4.152,3.602,P<0.05);②班级环境中的同学关系能够显著的预测学业行为;③不同班级环境类型的中职生在学业行为上具有显著差异。结论不同班级环境类型中职生学业行为存在显著差异,班级同学关系对学业行为的影响更为显著。Objective To explore the relationship between different types of class environment and learning behavior.Methods A total of 384 vocational students in Baoji city completed class environment and learning behaviors questionnaire.Results ①The teachers-students and classmates relationship of class environment showed significant gender difference(t=-3.863,-3.209;P〈0.01),order and discipline showed significant grades difference(t=-2.502,P〈0.05),the teachers-students relationship and competitive atmosphere showed significant family economic difference(t=4.152,3.602;P〈0.05).②The classmates relationship in the class environment can clearly predict learning behavior.③There was significant difference in students’ learning behavior among different types of class environment.Conclusion There is significant difference in students’ learning behavior among different types of class environment,the classmates relationship in the class has more important effect.
