摘  要:目的探讨医学院校大学生师生关系与自我认同感现况及其关系。方法采用师生关系问卷及大学生自我认同感问卷对230名医学院校学生进行调查。结果医学院校师生关系总体状况处在中等困扰程度水平(60.68±10.28);医学院校师生关系在是否为班级干部(t=-2.794,P<0.01)、不同年级(F=5.411,P<0.01)方面有显著差异;大学生自我认同感总体状况发展良好(51.31±6.21);不同年级(F=2.578,P<0.01)、不同系别(F=3.547,P<0.01)医学院校大学生自我认同感有显著差异;医学院校师生关系与大学生自我认同感呈显著正相关(r=0.395,P<0.01)。结论医学院校师生关系对大学生自我认同有影响;大四、非班干部的医学院校大学生在师生关系上困扰程度较重;心理学系、大三学生的自我认同感较好。Objective To explore the relationship between teacher-student relationships and self-identity among medical college students.Methods A total of 230 university students were assessed with the Teacherstudent Relationship Questionnaire and the University Students Self-identity Questionnaire.Results On the whole,the teacher-student relationships in universities was in medium plagued degree level(60.68±10.28);There were significant differences in teacher-student relationships in terms of grade and the students whether they or not class cadres(P〈0.01);The overall situation of university students self-identity had a good development(51.31±6.21);④There were significant differences in university students self-identity in terms of department and grade(P〈0.01);⑤The teacher-student relationship was positively related to the university students self-identity(r=0.395,P〈0.01).Conclusion The teacher-student relationship influences college students self-identity.There are differences in teacher-student relationships between different grade students,or the students whether they are the class cadres.There are differencet in university students self-identity between different grade and department students.
