摘　　要：新课程要求教师在语文课堂上建构对话型师生关系。建构这种关系：改变教学观念是前提，相互信任是基础。相互欣赏是关键。The new curriculum requests the teacher in the language classroom construction of dialogue type relationship between teachers and students. Construction of this relationship： changing teaching idea is premise, mutual trust is the basis of mutual appreciation, is the key.
