农村职业教育发展的法律保障:教育经济价值的视角

摘　　要：农村职业教育的发展对农村和农民的发展具有重大经济价值,关系着我国是否能顺利实现向高收入经济体的转型。但是我国职业教育发展仍缺乏健全的法律保障体系。鉴于我国农村职业教育法制建设的困境,可采取如下措施加强农村职业教育发展的法律保障:推进农村职业教育法制建设进程;建立健全农村职业教育法律法规体系,规范和保障校企合作畅通;建立健全农村职业教育法律保障制度,强化政府责任;培养农村公民的职业教育法律意识。The development of rural vocational education has significant economic value to the development of countryside and peasants, which relates closely with transforming smoothly to high income economy of China. However, the development of vocational education in China lacks the guarantee of optimal legal system. The following measures can be taken to strengthen the legal guarantee of rural vocational education： boost the construction process of rural vocational education development; establish and optimize legal system for rural vocational education to assure the smooth implementation of school-enterprise cooperation; try to cultivate the legal consciousness on vocational education of rural citizens, etc.
