摘 要:汽车发电机壳是一个非常复杂的阶梯形零件,常规拉深方案工艺路线长,生产成本高。为降低成本,在汽车发电机壳的试制过程中,对几种拉深方案进行了分析和试验,最终在传统阶梯形零件拉深工艺的基础上,设计了"借料"拉深工艺。试验表明,这一工艺缩短了零件的拉深工艺路线,使汽车发电机壳的拉深工艺由传统的15道工序减少为8道工序,降低了生产成本。这一"借料"工艺的创新也可用于其他阶梯形零件的拉深工艺。The automobile's generator shell is a kind of complex ladder-shaped part. The usual deep-drawing process has a long process route and a high production cost. In order to reduce the production cost, a few kinds of deep-draw- ing processes were analyzed and tested. Finally, based on the traditional deep-drawing process of ladder-shaped parts, a new deep-drawing process called borrowing material deep-drawing process was designed. The process could shorten the process route of automobile's generator shell and reduce the production cost. The deep-drawing process of automobile's generator shell reduced from the traditional 15 processes to 8 processes. So the production cost was also reduced. The borrowing material deep-drawing process could also be used in other ladder-shaped parts' production.
