高校企业奖学金管理问题的思考

摘　　要：高校企业奖学金管理中的发放、监督和教育等存在诸多不足,从当前高校企业奖学金管理工作中存在的评定标准欠缺合理、学校奖学金和企业奖学金功能区分不清、监督机制不健全、教育工作重视不够等方面提出了完善和解决企业奖学金评定标准、区分清楚学校奖学金和企业奖学金的功能、健全监督体系、重视教育等主要措施和对策。This paper introduces unreasonable assessment criteria,unclear distinction between scholarship from college and enterprise,inefficiency of supervising systems etc.on the enterprise finance management including its issue,supervision as well as its education.And then,this paper further suggests measures to improve assessment criteria,differentiate between school scholarship and enterprise scholarship,perfect the system of legal supervision and to emphasize on education.
