摘　　要：如何提升高校的教学质量,是高等院校教学改革与发展的永恒主题,也是教育部在"十一五"期间实施质量工程一期工程的重大举措,"十二五"期间国家加大投入进行教学工程建设。本文针对"十一五"期间质量工程项目之精品课程建设情况,结合广西民族大学在精品课程建设过程中取得的经验,对精品课程建设在地方院校如何进行特色建设以及如何真正应用于教学,为提高教学质量服务等问题进行了论述和探讨。以期对地方高校提高精品课程建设质量提供有益的启示。How to improve the teaching quality of university is not only the eternal theme of the reforment and development of university teaching, but also the major initiatives of the Ministry of Education in the implementation of quality engineerin during the ＂ the first Five-Year ＂ .In ＂ the second Five-Year ＂ period, the state will put greater investment in the second phase construction project.
